The 3 spacious Courtyard Studios are on the first floor. They do not have a Marina view but are very sunny (later in the day).
All three rooms have a super king bed which can be split to make a twin room (with 24hrs notice).
This room have Free Netflix & Spark Sport.
Heating and cooling is provided by way of a heat pump.
The rooms have a workbench, iron and ironing board, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is also complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits.
